About the project

Reserva del Turpial is an affordable housing project, developed in Colombia by Paladin in partnership with Constructora Valor S.A. With an excellent location, the residential complex has one of the best common areas in the region: jacuzzi, terrace with barbecue, outdoor gym, playground, among others. The apartments range from 40m² to 49m² and can have different configurations, with spaces available that can be converted into social areas or bedrooms. In addition, all units have a kitchen, service area, bathrooms, living/dining room and master bedroom.
