About the project

Ponta da Figueira was developed by Paladin in partnership with Melnick Even. It is the first and only high standard horizontal residential condominium with navigable channels in the south of Brazil. It is composed of 305 lots from 600 m² and 2.5 km of wide navigation channels providing all the infrastructure and comfort for the use of speedboats, sailboats or jet skis. Nothing can be more charming than an exclusive beach. To complete, an infinity pool. Designed to offer the maximum in comfort and leisure with an unprecedented artificial beach built next to the Ponta da Figueira marina.
