About the project

Onze 22 brings a new concept of housing to an audience that is connected with the technology and the creative economy that , on a daily basis, are the main stream at Vila Madalena neighborhood. Idealized by the Triptyque architecture office, it is composed by two independent towers (Home and Studio) with modern and functional units and common areas that brings the urban and the nature to the inside areas of the building.
The building was conceived as stacked slabs with floor-to-ceiling glass closure, favoring the entry of air and light into the apartments. The balcony that surrounds the entire perimeter of the building increases the feeling of space in the apartments, protects from the sun and favors the view. On the ground floor, an exuberant tropical garden created by Rodrigo Oliveira surrounds the living spaces, which are entirely glazed.
