About the project

With an innovative DNA, Paladin in partnership with You Inc developed the Core Pinheiros project on the corners of Rua Cristiano Vianna, Rua Artur de Azevedo and Rua Alves Guimarães, 400m from Oscar Freire Metro station, in Jardins. A unique architecture project, designed to integrate people, the city and the neighborhood. Mixed Use Complex, a few steps from the subway, combines residential units, offices, an Einstein Clinic (hospital) and a hotel, in a site composed of almost 4,000 m² of land.
