About the project

Signed by the FGMF architecture office, the project surprises with its daring architecture and dynamic volumetry, and promises to break the monotony of the urban landscape in the region. In a central point of Pinheiros, on the corner of Capote Valente and Cardeal Arcoverde streets, the project opens up new perspectives for a lively neighborhood with a sensational geographical position.
The building is made up of diverse and irregular elements, which form balconies with single or double height, sometimes protruding, sometimes recessed. Generous frames provide excellent insolation and ventilation.
