Los Suenos

About the project

Hotel and residential project developed by Paladin in one of the best locations in Costa Rica. The development comprises a Marriott-branded resort with 202 rooms, an 18-hole golf course, a wet marina with capacity for 200 boats and a dry marina for 170 boats. The complex also has 7800m² of retail space and restaurants. In the residential area, Paladin has so far delivered 620 homes, including condos and villas, with a total sales value of around R$3 billion, and has another 300 lots under development. The place is known internationally as the site of the “Los Suenos Triple Crown” fishing tournament, which takes place every year between January and March.
