About the project

High standard building, with 8500m² of leasable area, located on the Rio de Janeiro beach front, 80m from the metro station, with a privileged view of the bay of Botafogo beach.
The building was acquired in 2008, unfinished, which allowed Paladin to modify the project initially aimed at the hospital sector, converting it to corporate floors, benefiting from the lack of space and vacancy below 5% in the region.
The investment was 100% realized in 2012, and generated solid returns for our investors (26% IRR and 2.4x multiple).
