About the project

A partnership between Paladin and Altius in Uruguay, Nostrum Plaza is located in the heart of the urban center, developed on a plot of 4,000 m² in Tres Cruces. It was conceived as a balanced combination of the purest design for individuals and families who want to live in towers that incorporate art, comfort, services and security in one of the most strategic points of the city. The green areas and outdoor leisure spaces are unique for a project in the center of the city. Apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms in three towers.
