Villas del Fresno

About the project

Villas del Fresno is a 1,639 unit project developed in metropolitan Mexico city in partnership with local homebuilding partner Casas Krea. The project caters to residents in the area looking for a healthy, vibrant community in close proximity to public transportation and retail. Amenities include five large sports courts, 1.5 km of walking paths, 30 acres of green areas, community buildings, schools, and more. In 2021 it was certified as the first EDGE Zero Carbon residential project in the world.
