About the project

Partnership between Paladin and Kallas in the low-income segment, the Parque da Serra residential complex is a planned condominium in Taboão da Serra. It consists of 722 units distributed in 4 towers with apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms, measuring 61m² and 81m² respectively, and with complete leisure infrastructure. A sales success, the complex has 12,000m² of land and is located close to the main roads in the region.
