About the project

Meraki is a project developed by Paladin and Grupo Attia Capital in Cartagena, Colombia. It is a “Senior Living” residential complex , composed by a hospital facility, a university, supermarket, shoping center and restaurants, with all the comfort and structure desinged for the senior and elderly occupants and tenants. There are 338 apartments with different configurations, from 84m² to 215m², furnished or not, with a study room, coworking space, gym, cinema room, swimming pool, tennis court and much more.
