About the project

Mixed-use building with high stadard offices, also known as Design Offices. With a leasable area of ​​approximately 7500m², the building will have features available in AAA office buildings, such as smart elevators, raised floors, central air conditioning or VAV with control of demand, 2.70m free height, BMS (building management system), glass with greater thermal and acoustic efficiency, in addition to systems that facilitate sustainability measures in the building’s operation.
With a privileged location in one of the most valued areas of the city of São Paulo, in the Jardins neighborhood on the corner of Avenida 9 de Julho and Alameda Franca.
The Project was developed by Jacobsen Arquitetura, an international architecture office that was born in Rio de Janeiro, founded by architect Paulo Jacobsen.
