About the project

Mixed-use building with high-end offices, also known as Design Office. With a leasable area of ​​approximately 10,000m², the total area will be composed at approximately 70% of offices and 30% of high-end apartments built for rent(“Multifamily”). The office area will have features available in AAA office buildings, such as smart elevators, raised floors, central air conditioning or VAV with demand control, 2.70m free height, BMS (building management system), glazing with greater thermal and acoustic efficiency, in addition to systems that facilitate sustainability measures in the building’s operation.
With a privileged location in one of the most valued regions of the city of São Paulo, in the Itaim neighborhood on the corner of Rua Renato Paes de Barros and Rua Itacema.
The Project was developed by Bernardes Arquitetura, an international architecture office led by renowned architect Thiago Bernardes, with projects such as the Museu Mar and Hotel Arpoador in Rio de Janeiro, among others.
